Tracking Orders
Want to track your most recent orders? No problem. All your open orders can be tracked on your Account Dashboard. After clicking the Account Menu button at the top right of the screen, you have 2 options for tracking the status of your open orders:
- Click "My Dashboard" at the top of the menu.
- Click "Track Orders" in the menu options.
Both of these will navigate you to the My Dashboard screen. From here, you can track the status of your order by:
- Selecting "Orders" from the top bar menu.
- Selecting "Open" to display all your open orders.
If you aren't able to find the order you're trying to track, check the Shipped tab or enter your order number into the Quick Search Bar above in the dash screen.
