Delivery times are dependent on many factors but rest assured we'll do everything we can to get your order to you as fast as possible. Some factors that may affect the time of your delivery are:
- Shipping option selection. Ordering express or standard shipping makes a difference. We'll do our best to get it to you as fast as possible based on your preferences.
- Order volume. Large or heavy orders may take longer to be delivered due to the method required to transport the delivery. A few belts and bearings go in a parcel, but a pallet goes via road freight.
- Dangerous Goods. If you've ordered aerosols, flammable materials, or chemicals, those can only be sent via road freight.
- Dispatch location. Our branches do their best to keep all your favorite products in stock, but if you've ordered something special that needs to come from across the country to get to you, it might take a little longer.
- Network outages. We do our best to get everything out but the network sometimes has a mind of its own. Freight carrier strikes, interstate public holidays, or the occasional pandemic can sometimes cause delays within the network. In these instances we'll do our best to keep you informed.
