How long does it take for my return to be processed?
At the moment, we are experiencing longer than normal returns timeframes. Please allow for 15-20 business days for your return to be received and processed by our team. Remember that you can track your return using the RMA number stated on your returns label, we will also let you know once we have received your return at our Fulfilment Centre and update you again once it’s been processed.
Can you fast-track my exchange order?
The best option when it comes to receiving your exchange fast is by returning your original order for a refund and repurchasing the correct item. If you have already initiated the return for an exchange, please get in touch with our Customer Support team and they will be able to help you update this to a refund. Please note that this is subject to stock availability and our return policy.
