Terms and Conditions for October 2025 Motion Gift Pack Promotion (Australia)

  1. Promotion Period:
    The promotion runs from October 1, 2025, through October 31, 2025, inclusive.
  2. Eligibility:
    This promotion is open to customers located in Australia who place orders totaling $500 AUD or more during the promotion period.
  3. Qualifying Orders:
    Customers must place orders with a minimum total value of $500 AUD by 11:59 PM AEDT on October 31, 2025, to qualify.
  4. Gift Pack:
    Each qualifying customer will receive one complimentary Motion gift pack, with a value of up to $100 AUD.
  5. Gift Pack Options:
    Customers may select from available gift pack options, such as Yeti or Callaway golf packs, subject to stock availability.
  6. Delivery:
    Gift packs will be shipped to qualifying customers in Australia in early November 2025.
  7. Limitations:
    • One gift pack per customer, regardless of order amount beyond the $500 AUD qualifying threshold.
    • Orders cannot be combined across multiple customers.
    • Gift packs are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged.
  8. Governing Law:
    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
