You've placed an order and it has been shipped, but what happens now? Well, it's time to watch that order like a hawk! There are 2 steps to tracking your order. The first is to check that it has been dispatched, which you can do via your dashboard or from an email we send to your inbox. The second is to track it with the provided consignment number.
Tracking your order from the dashboard
If you've placed an order with us, you can easily track the status of that order from your customer dashboard. Simply navigate to the track orders page and check the "SHIPPED" orders tab for your consignment number. More information on this can be found in guide for your account.
Your shipped order email
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with details of the consignment number and carrier. If your order is marked as shipped but you have not received an email from us, please check your junk email folder.
Tracking your order with a consignment
Got your consignment? Awesome! You can find details of your consignment and carrier on your dashboard page. Once you have those, you can track your order from the carrier site. For your convenience, we've listed a few of our preferred carriers below:
