Not to worry! It doesn't happen often but it does happen. Your order will be sent back to its dispatch location. Once it arrives there, our team will investigate why it has been sent back and will contact you to let you know what went wrong or what they need to make sure the incident is not repeated.

Some reasons why your order may have been sent back to sender are as follows:
- Incorrect address. If the address was incorrect or does not exist, we will contact you to verify the address and resend the order.
- No one to sign at pickup location. If you have selected your order to be signed for upon delivery but there is no one to accept, the order may be returned to sender.
- Order refused at delivery address. If the order was turned away upon delivery, it will be sent back to the sender.
- Order recalled by sender. In the event that we recall an order back to sender, we will do our best to contact you directly and let you know.
- Property not accessible. Sometimes it's as simple as the gate was shut.
